bebs, al and nina, this is not what you think it is haha;)

this is probably one of my rare emo posts..have heard some sad love story endings (with some relationship booboos on the side) lately, and wala lang, just got me thinking..haay, the ups and downs of loving and being in a relationship..having experienced a gruesome, excruciatingly painful first breakup back then, i know how it feels: it hurts like hell..it sounds exaggerated now pero the feelings seemed so real during those times..but as i always say, i have no regrets there, there are a lot of things to learn and im glad na i got to experience everything..

it still saddens me though whenever i hear about breakups, relationships not working, etc. etc. well, as a self-confessed hopeless romantic, i still believe in fairy tale endings, true love, everlasting love, love that lasts forever or better yet, a love that doesn't end at all, sabi nga nila, true love stories never have happy endings, for they never end..super mushy na ba? bear with me, minsan lang toh;) idealist man, pero i believe na in a relationship, it's always a choice to make it work, no matter what the odds are..pero i'm also aware of the reality na sometimes, it's just not meant to be..ul know eh..kasi nga it's a journey, a person may have thought to have met his / her true love more than once, pero ganon talaga, sometimes kala mo siya na, pero there's always that possibility na hindi pa pala, na ur better off as friends or ur just simply better off apart..it's an exciting journey, when u think of it actually, and when uv finally reached the finish line and have met the girl / man of your dreams, then everything's worth it, no matter how difficult the path that you had to take may be..

kaya manny, haha, talagang special mention? ul find her soon;) as iv told you, i applaud how you handled things, u should be proud of yourself for having remained levelheaded and mature in handling things;) i wouldn't have been able to handle it in the same way had i been in ur place;) enjoy single life, it's fun! haha;P <is this really coming from me?>

and for my other friends whose relationships are on crossroads right now, compromise is key;) hang in there and make love work, but u should also consider  both ur happiness and growth in the relationship;) relationship is supposed to be a mutual thing diba? it should help the people involved become better persons together :) ur lucky to have found ur match already, don't waste it, pero uag din ipilit kung di na kaya or things will just be worse;P

litanya ata ito eh, just my thoughts haha;P yikes so mushy;P

<wahahahaha, torture na ba?>

it's aloha's birthday yesterday, and since she wanted her night to be "eventful" she treated us for pizza at avenetto, glorietta, the last minute..since makati kami, as requested by the OT makati girls, ninabie and i had to commute, well, actually just ride the mrt going to makati..and due to the bummer traffic, mang jess was late in picking me up to drive me home, so i decided to join my gurlfriendzz to go back to ortigas and wait in mega for mang jess, instead..at dahil di namin naabutang bukas ang mrt, we had to ride a bus to ortigas..and...

 it was quite an experience, here are some of the things i learned:

In commuting:

1.) always pay attention, be concious of where you're going and where you actually are ;P

2.) do not chit-chat too much while inside the mrt;)

3.) familiarize oneself with the order of the mrt stations <after guadalupe, ayala na kasi!>

4.) learn to walk fast

5.) in associating landmarks with certain places, make sure you got it right.. (e.g. makati shangrila hotel vs. hotel intercon, wink wink)

6.) master how to balance (sa bus, at maglakad ng hindi nawawapoise habang tumatakbo ang bus)

7.) maintain poise in awkward situations

8)  magmukhang fresh at matino kahit dugyot, pawis at oily

9) improve sense of direction

plus plus plus, and most importantly, do not commute with nina alone, i mean, we're not the best commuting partners, are we?

actually, nde rin, i would love to do that again, nina, and prove to them that we already learned hahahhahahahah;) well, sana naman haha;P actually, i believe, it was just some twist of fate, a little bad luck there;P

but thanks for the dinner al, had a blast, sana nagenjoy ka naman, see you friday, for another sumptuous dinner, yumyum!

summer has been really great for me;) so now, that it's raining na, i'm sure gonna miss it;P i'm really looking forward to next year's;)

hmm, well, now that im working na, this month lang ako nakapagVL, and naging almost every week pa, buti mabait ang aking TL at pinapayagan naman ako, yey, so where did i spend my summer?

may5-may6: tagaytay with my gurlfriendzz

because of getting only 2-3 hours of sleep the night before dahil kay spidey <huhu, no more james franco sa next? :(>, bebs, aloha and i were late sa agreed meeting time namin, good thing that nerisse knows the place na, so nauna na sila sa house ng grandparents ko ;) so kami naman, breakfast take-out muna sa mushroom burger before heading to the house only to find out na mainit pala sa tagaytay that time at wlang kuryente, pero everything was fixed rin naman in the end..so bum muna, tulog, then mike and mona arrived <na in LQ mode that time> tapos ate lunch at dencio's tagaytay, ate lots!, at dahil buhay baboy kami, after taking lots of pictures in such a historic and famous tagaytay spot as dencio's, we went back home and <they> slept muna while waiting for mae's text na ready na siya sunduin sa olivarez -- ang powerplant ng tagaytay haha..ung mga may energy pa, played pusoy dos muna while waiting, where i lost majority of the games, and so they say, those who are unlucky with card games, are lucky in love? ya right, so i guess im just unlucky huh..period..oh well..since jaspee is in olivarez na, at naunahan pa siya ni mae, off we went na..after browsing through ukay ukay stuff, nagpakasporty naman kami, played bowling, pingpong and billiards..haha, team ronald-mel-jaspee won sa bowling over team aloha-law-mike, ayan yabang kasi eh, hehe;P then dinner came and so we ate in yellow cab, at dun naunveil samin ang "funny" story ni mae, haay, mae, iba ka! ;P then came the highlight of it all -- the booze time, i won't elaborate further for my reputation is at stake;P as mona has mentioned in her blog, nina, bebs and i were the victims, haha, but i enjoyed it..sunday came and i woke up with a bad hangover, ate breakfast at jollibee, nagbum ulit sa bahay and just ate andoks lunch before heading back home, oh last stop pala namin was the flavorful homey halohalo by the taal view, akalain mong may kainan palang may bayad ang table? only in tagaytay ;P tapos balik na kami ng manila ;( enjoyed it to the max, super ;) unwind talaga un! ;P

may13-may15: boracay, aklan with family

in lieu of mother's day and mom's birthday, where else to celebrate them other than our favorite summer destination -- boracay! ;) shmpre same resort, same station, same place;P sarap kasi magrelax dun eh, peaceful lang..so ang aga na naman ng flight namin, at of course puyat na naman, so by the time that we got there, we were all tired and starving na..so after bumming around the surfside bar area and arranging our things, we ate our brunch na..then watched some pbb live streaming and dozed off first;P around late noon, swimming na, tapos banana boat ride at around 5pm..shared sumptuous dinner at the bar then had some cocktail drinks, kapalit ng katamarang magpunta ng the mall at humanap ng night life..the next morning: mother's day! after breakfast derech o na sa island hopping ;) snorkeling (sila) then roamed around crystal cove after..while the sun was up (and it was freaking hot!), we decided to go shopping, walked around the island, dito ata ako umitim eh..i don't mind actually, since it's summer i wanted to have a tan line, haha, as if bagay ;P afterwards, had early dinner, sarap! seafood galore then went night swimming..during this trip i realized how vain my family was, kala ko friends ko lang ang vain haha..no wonder 700 shots ang nakuha naming pictures, shux;P we even influenced mom's friends, by the end of day 2, they love posing in the camera na rin;P haha;) come night time, we were too tired to party na rin so slept early..haha..the next day is mommy's birthday! bonding kami in the morning;) "sun"bathing and swimming under the morning sun, healthy naman daw un eh..it was all the time that we had so we immediately left na rin after lunch..the boracay trip really allowed us to bond as a family..super fun..super vanity..hehe..akalain mong si marian pa ang pinakavain saming lahat..oh well, i hope my mom enjoyed naman the trip, coz that was "her" celebration, and luckily, i quite know she did ;)

may19-may20: puerto galera, mindoro with the girlies

shmpre hindi pa rin ako nakuntento that i felt that i needed to go to the beach with the girlies -- nina, bebs, aloha and ners ;) it was an adventure riding a boat (at may pier pa pala talaga un) going to galera..such a liberating trip! feeling ko ang independent ko;P haha..although wala dun ung hinahanap namin, i still super enjoyed it..as usual after the heavy breakfast, tulog mode muna..haha..kailangan kasi ng energy eh..then paggising, kain ulit of course..and it's not less heavy at all hehe..super sulit ung bayad namin, food palang eh..then "sun"bathing muna kami nila al and ners, while playing cards..bebs and ninabie went ahead and swam..then the challenge came, the banana boat ride, and this time, for the sake of friendship, kailangan daw naming magpataob, freaking! well, knowing that sa mababaw lang kami mahuhulog, i was up to the challenge, but no, nanadya ata ang mga kuya dun! ayan, nainjure tuloy ako, of all people kasi sakin pa yumakap tong si nina, nadaganan tuloy ako ng kanyang long, white legs! haha;P no hard feelings though, i guess it was just an accident..hehe..nagenjoy naman ako, now i can say that kasi luckily nagheal naman ung pasa / bruise that it caused my face..freakin, sa mukha pala talaga..and i know it was evident in some pics.. oh well.. haha..during the night, was my fave of all, the stargazing part, aww, romantic noh, friends? haha..then the next day was island hopping day, andaming islands grabeh haha..they went snorkeling too while bebs and i....umm, waited? haha..nagtry din naman kami sa next island, so, did u like it bebs?..haha, infairness, ners found a new hobby and discovered her fascination to the marine life..;) then we had to leave, and when were back to manila, bitin pa rin kami, so go kami sa cafe breton for crepes, haha, wala na daw kasi kaming reason magdiet, then of course mass after ;) haay, i love the beach! ;) i love bumming around and feeling all senti along the shore..haay..can't wait for cebu, too bad bebs isn't gonna be there..

 

 

may26: bulacan / splash island shrek 3 at promenade, greenhills

due to some unavoidable circumstances, no out of town for me for the last weekend of may..haha, busy rin sa work so really had to cancel my VL, buti nalang bebs and aloha didn't come along with sa splash, so we just headed to greenhills to watch shrek 3 (with al's friend, divine)..such a cute movie! no matter what the critics say, whatev, i liked it was..kiddie..haha..it was funny! ;)

haay, i so loved my may weekends :) though i also love the rain, i will miss summer, super! ;)
